SBH is an entrepreneurial holding and investment platform. Founded in 2018, SBH originated as an operating digital business and progressively evolved into a centralized structure combining venture building and private capital allocation.

Our entrepreneurial activity is primarily focused on AdTech and digital businesses, where we participate in company creation, strategic direction, and governance.

Alongside this operating focus, SBH allocates capital into selective private investments in media, real estate and other sectors, reflecting an owner-driven, family-office-style approach to long-term value creation.
